Refund Policy

At Think More Test, we aim to provide the best possible experience for government exam preparation. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only available for unused subscriptions. If you have used any test of the purchased content, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Request Process: Refund requests must be made within 2 days of the purchase date. To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@thinkmoretest.comwith your account details and a brief explanation of your request.

3. Processing Time: Approved refund requests will be processed within 7 business days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Test Cancellations: If Think More Test cancels any course due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all affected users.
